The Russo-Ukranian war has repercussions both for Europe and the United States, suggests a Alexander Cooley, Professor of Political Science at Barnard College, Columbia University. In his interview to Kathimerini, he speaks about Russia’s brain drain and notes that while Ukraine and Russia feel they have something to win from the war, they are unlikely to move towards a peace deal.
