The Energy & Climate Challenges:Conflict or Cooperation in the Eastern Mediterranean
Seminar Dates: January 10 – January 15, 2022
The program will have as central theme:The Energy and Climate Challenges and the Possibilities for Cooperation and Conflict in the Eastern Mediterranean and Neighboring Regions.
The program will feature:
- 10 presentations (2 per day),
- 2 panel discussions (Saturday)
- Daily Debriefing Discussions
- 20 speakers from nine different countries from the United States and the Eastern Mediterranean, for a total of 24 hours of presentations and discussions
Each day will feature a different region: Balkans, Black Sea, Caucasus, Eastern Mediterranean, Gulf and the Red Sea
Credits/Certificate:
All students will receive one Emmanuel College official transcript included with this registration. Transcripts will be sent to the physical mailing address listed on this form. Any additional copies of transcripts will be subject to the official transcript request process and fees found here.
Students who choose to audit and not receive credit Audited students will receive an AU designation on the transcript. Students completing the seminar for credit, will receive a Pass (P) or Fail (F) grade based on meeting the outlined course objectives.
Once registered, you will receive an Emmanuel College email address and have access to ECLearn where the seminar materials will be located.
Cost:
The cost for this pilot program will be $800 for the 2 credit course and the certificate of participation, which will be transferable and part of student’s transcript.
